The 2020 Madewell Do Well Report examines the company’s commitment to doing better for our planet and its people. The editorial, story-driven approach guides the user through a digital-only report that serves the dual purpose of being easily sharable and sustainable. The design team reimagined the report’s previously vertical form in a horizontal layout with easy-to-use navigation, which allows users to flip through its 44 pages seamlessly.

Design & infographics

Throughout the report, Madewell’s ambitious ESG goals and statistics are translated into visual stories. Organic line drawings, collaged layouts, and rolling typography highlight the company’s nature- and people-focused initiatives. Thoughtfully curated photography keeps readers engaged while creating context for the company’s sustainable partnerships and practices around the globe.
